Copper sulphate is water soluble, and at the concentrations needed  for root pruning, if absorbed by the plant will kill it.

You can use 'Kocide 101' manufactured by Dupont, which might be available in Spain. This product contains 77% Copper hydroxide.

Thanks, everyone. The leaves have been feeling sort of brittle and greyish, with no new flushes. I have put them in basins of water. I will wait and see.

I have two 2 year old Red Jabo plants, planted in  4gal. 'Air prunning' pots. They were alright till about three months back. But now they do not look happy at all. Is it because of lack of water? I have fertilised them with compost and also micros. Awaiting guidance from the experts. Thanks.

I think the plant quarantine inspectors at the entry port in India can be influenced,as long as the plants are accompanied by a Phyto certificate. Only thing is the nurseries much undertake the trouble of getting the Phyto certificates.

24
Thanks, Do you have a email Id.

A friend of mine wants to import grafted fruit saplings to India. He is looking for Nurseries in Florida and California who can provide Phyto certificates along with the Saplings. Any guidance/help would be very welcome. Thanks in advance. We are thinking of importing 20 grafts each of different Jaboticabas, Eugenias, Pouterias etc.
