I use moist vermiculite to sprout all my Garcinia sp. seeds, with almost 100% germination. And as Mike stated, no fungal growths even after many months.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

No idea.

This is an approach graft. Remove the shoots on the rootstock both below and above the graft union. The potion of the scion below the graft can be cut away. You are right, the thicker, darker one is the rootstock and the right side, the scion.

The first time I bought 'Junglesop' seeds from Forest House Cameroon, all the seeds had begun to sprout, when I received them. Since a friend of mine wanted them, I gave them to him and ordered again. Unfortunately the seeds were confiscated by the Indian Customs! So I ordered a third time. This time, instead of the 10 seeds ordered, I got 20 seeds! But none had sprouted! When they gave 10 for free, I smelled a rat. Not one seed sprouted even after 3 months and on checking found all of them rotted!! When I informed them, they replied that they check all seeds and do not sell unviable seeds!
