I am looking for a couple of sions to graft on my Dr.minh atemoya tree.
Can cherimoya's sions be grafted on my tree or do i have to stay with atemoya's, if so any suggestion?

Cherimoya scions are fine. In Arkansas I would use cherimoya for its more cold-tolerant roots though. Still, since you already have the atemoya, go for it.
Is there something wrong with the Mr. Minh for you?
