3 inga species ID please (machete, edulis)?

Can you please identift what inga species arw these?

One is suppose to be machete ice cream & inga edulis.

Absolutely the real deal Inga edulis. I have seen a number of Inga species and that is the only one that has that has that distinctive light growth. There are well over 100 Inga species so I guess there is a possibility it is something else but I would place my bets on I. edulis.

Probably all but California 40's are much different than Florida 40's. That sustained cold really wears down the tropicals.

Your "Inga Edula" is definitely not Inga edulis. For some reason edulis became the blanket species for the entire Inga family, at least in 99% of American collectors.

Thanks Josh for the info. I think you're right. On ebay 90% Inga sales are "Indulis".

I grow inga marginata and inga uruguensis. Uruguensis looks similar to your first 2 ingas... and marginata looks similar to the third one, but they are another thing, for sure. I am not an expert on ingas.

now, its huge.
