got a nance that may have been in a greenhouse. was wondering the cold hardiness and if it goes dormant in subtropics. thanks

Can these take CA's lower air humidity? Is it similar to Acerola in hardiness? I have a few indoors, but would love to not tent them, etc.

I think they aren't as cold hardy as acerola, they don't need that much humidity to do ok, but to really fruit good they need a Nayarit, Mexico type of climate.

I'm growing some and they definitely seem to thrive when introduced to a greenhouse climate. My plants outdoor are showing a little bit of cold stress on the leaves.
