Recommendations for Growing Gamboge in Zone 10B

Just picked up a 2 year old seedling tree and I was curious if anybody has any recommendations? I'm planning on treating it like my other Garcinia's which are growing in partial shade until mature, then introducing them to full sun.  I know F&S park grows them, but I've yet to pick their brains about it.
