annona ID: atemoya or what?

Hi, the tree is from Misiones and the seller said he get the green fruits from the market: white or cream pulp inside... should it be atemoya?

Now that I have them on my hands, I can take better photos:


to the left in a lighter color, we see the biribá of hawaii, and to the right with darker leaves we see the mysterious annona of Misiones.







If I break leaves of both species and smell, they are similar, not cherimola nor atemoya, nor muricata, nor parviflora...

So I dont know what could it be... maybe related to rollinia, similar to biribá, but what misleads me is that the seller said that the fruit is green!
