pretty good, very low latex this variety, when cutting just a cream.  Will be eating this every day for a few weeks as long as tree provides.  But not sure how to eat seeds.  Now I know why the location I found this has young breadfruit trees growing wild everywhere.

So Breadnut is just entirely seeds?

Yes breadnut, Artocarpus camansi, has very many seeds inside. It's usually cooked and eaten in unripe stage, before seeds fully form.
It's very common to find some seeds in some types of breadfruit here, just like in your photo.

Then breadfruit can be planted from seed...How does it compare growing breadfruit from seed, root cuttings, or layering?

Breadfruit with seeds (very rare). The skin is that of breadfruit. On the other hand Artocarpus camenci aka seeded breadfruit is fully covered with blunt soft spines all over the skin and of a smaller size. Regarding seeds you can roast them or boil them in water with some salt and enjoy!

Those seeds roasted or boiled (cooked) with salt tastes somewhat like chestnuts. Triphal

I think the main difference (problem for some) is that breadfruit planted with seed will have fruit with seed as well.   However this variety was very good, much better than many large, high latex seedless varieties that are all lover Maui.
