Title: What to do with Jujube juice?

 I just steam juiced two quarts of jujube juice in the steam juicer but just can't find a recipe to make jelly. Anyone have a recipe for jujube jelly?
 I normally just eat them fresh but I have so many this year that I decided to juice some,but I must say that the juice is not nearly as tasty as eating the fruit.
 A recipe for dehydrating them would also be appreciated.

Dry the fruits, steam them until the flesh turns almost transparent from the fused sugar. Let them dry again and eat like dates.
