Oke grandpha, forgive my mistake to you, fresh goods delivery always risk, like sending my fresh fruit to overseas with reefer container, there is always risk of damage in this business.

Maybe the email was sent to the wrong address? He is great about checking his email! Always answers in less than 12 hours for me. Hopefully my order comes soon! Packaging is always perfect.

The box was so big that they start thinking there was a bomb inside haha, but after that we cannot receive package at work anymore....bad luck. They had never seen big package from Indonesia so they were scared.
