Daisy avocado maturity time in Florida?

I have a Daisy Avocado. I know some are growing it here in Florida can you tell me when you would normally pick the fruit?

I have a Daisy avocado tree, been in the ground for 3 years. It flowered last year,  but did not produce any fruit.

Some trees have a juvenile period even if grafted. Mine did not produced well until it got to 12 ft. 3 years past top working, now is loaded. So far does not ripen well so it most be a latter fruit even in Homestead.
