Plants don't get a Dr degree so we refer to it as White.

I’ve heard and seen Dr White being called and sold as White but you should ask the seller just to be safe.

The nursery has no clue whether “White Cherimoya” and “Dr.White Cherimoya” are the same. Luckily I got answer here right away. Thanks all :)

Yes, I believe the variety is 'white'. That's what we called it back then. Then some people started calling it Dr. White, and people seem to like the longer name more. Maybe it's named after some doctor? Or people just assume it's named after a doctor.
