How long do these grafted trees take to produce?

I was gonna put together an order with Frankie's over on Oahu. I was gonna order a mamey sapote and possibly a mammee apple. Could anyone tell me how long these trees would take to fruit? Their grafted trees, possibly 3 gallon sized

Well I have a green sapote seedling, and grafted one. The seedling is growing considerably faster than the grafted.

Grafted black sapote take about 5 years to produce a decent crop.

Here, I think that you would be expecting production within 3 years on either one of those.  That would be an average.  I have seen fruits on trees in the nursery that are only about two years old on mamay sapote.
I have a three year old Mamey Americana that is flowering for the first time right now.  The same basically goes for sapodilla.
