They all look great. Great selection of types as well.
I was looking at a full grown Carrie in Merritt Island that has limbs as big as my leg at 14 feet up. It was a very old tree and had been topped at that height several times.
The trunk was much larger than I expected also. Imo, that top pic near your house, two of the tress needs to come out. The inside plant has a wall on one side and two trees on the other blocking sun in all directions. As they grow you will see the problem.
I would leave the Pickering there, and move the other two as they are too big and too close to your house. Not sure how big they will get in your climate but the Carrie I saw, won't fit in that spot. I am pulling out a Mallika as it gets a lot bigger than some advertise.
The Carrie alone would be too close imo. Perfect for the much smaller Pickering however. The original Pickering at Walter Zills is no where near as big as the Carrie I saw.
It may be fine in your area as your conditions are so much different than ours.
