You´re a lucky man Adam!
A jabo that set flowers so early and can be kept in pots, is a dream for a lot of peoples. Especilally for peoples that lives in big cities and small houses. Take care of this little tree and plant all the seeds that you got from her. It can be a pot of gold.
I have a few jabo trees in a area of 12 x 6 m, and sometimes they set flowers at the same time, but I never had the ideia about hybrids coming from them. But now I´ll pay attention.
I have these trees:
jaboticaba de cabinho (in the soil, 2,30 m tall - fruits just one time a year)
hybrid jaboticaba (in a pot of 80 x 50 x 40cm, 1m tall - fruits many times a year)
white jaboticaba (in a pot of 60 x 50 x 40 cm, 2,20m tall - flowers a lot, many times, but rarelly set fruits)
grafted coroada da restinga (in a pot of 80 x 50 x 40cm, 1,20m tall - fruits two times a year)
myrciaria nana (in a pot of 50 x 40 x 30 cm, 40 cm tall - never fruited. She don´t like to much of water as the other jaboticabas)
hybrid jaboticaba (still in a plastic bag of 50 x 40 x 30 cm, 1,70 m tall - fruiting now) I bought her last week
