Is it a dragon fruit plant..?

I ve seen a plant in a farm, looking like dragon fruit, but the owner of the farm told me that it is not a dragon fruit plant, growth is vigorous and it can stay without any support. They also told me that the flowered some months back, but no fruit set, they never tried to hand pollinate.. The stem is very much like DF, t ve managed to get one cuttings from them..
