Hello,

Looking for the sweetest fibreless mango available and many indicate Okrung Tong is it. I'm having a hard time locating it. There was exactly one at last week's Rare Fruit Council sale in Palm Beach but I missed out on purchasing it. I may end up settling for just an Okrung but I read they are somewhat fibrous. Excalibur had some Okrungs and they were old yet very small and didn't look particularly vigorous. Even the person helping me wasn't impressed with their Okrung specimens.

  • 1st Choice: Okrung Tong
  • 2nd Choice: Okrung
  • Location: Palm Beach County, though driving a bit is not necessarily out of the question.
Also, does anyone know if the Sweet Elena has made it to the US and if so, who might have it?

Mike,

Have you had the okrung tong fruit?  Is it fiberless?

Mike, thanks for responding. Some of my relatives live in your area and picked up the Okrung Tong (3 gallon) and a Carrie (7 gallon).

ofdsurfer, Mike told my relatives the Okrung Tong is fiberless.
