I hand pollinated my Cherimoya and have way too many little fruits. Should i get rid of some to get healthy crop?

Depends on size of tree. Depends on if you want lots of little ones or a few big ones.
I would keep it to one fruit per branch if the tree is fairly small, especially keeping the ones closest to the trunk.

No need to worry about having to thin the fruit - the tree will do this on its own. Expect many of the fruitlets to be shed.

Number of fruits = diameter of trunk x diameter x 2
For 2” trunk, 2 x 2 x 2 = 8
Keep 8 or less fruits
For 3” trunk, 3 x 3 x 2 = 18
Keep 18 fruits
