What can be the reason of those yellow leaves ?u can see earth also. Can it be  too much salt?

Not enough information to guess. Did you have this plant for over a year? Did you have it for shorter than 3 months?

Are you sure it's a problem? You know that cherimoya leaves naturally molt around May?

How's the drainage in the pot? Any chance of overwatering?

looks like a job for chelated Fe (as a drench...this is what i would do first)

if that doesn't work, try a micro-nutritional spray (as a foliar feeding!)

I agree with Adam, looks like Iron deficiency. Veins still have some green with yellow overall color. It could also be lack of manganese, magnesium or molybdenum. The root cause of you bro let may be that you are overwatering because your pot is too large for your plant. It is best to keep small plants in small pots and gradually step up the container size.

A foliar feeding with a good quality fertilizer can have very fast affects and will not give you the issue of overloading your soil.
