The Brown Select I have eaten were no better than an Owari.  They are bigger I believe and ripen a couple weeks earlier than Owari.

This man I listen to on the radio recommends to alternate spraying Neem oil and Spinosad for leafminers on citrus.

This site say up to 1/4 mile away but within 300 feet is ideal.

Thanks, I did not know that.  Do you know if lime trees are easy to root from cuttings also?

  Thanks for the information.

I have a Meyers lemon started from a cutting.  How will it compared to a grafted tree as far as it's mature size or any other differences to expect?  I have it in a 25 gallon container that I hope to keep it in for a few years.

At least she likes them somewhat.  I used to have a hard time giving away grapefruit from a tree I used to have.

Thanks for the information.  I have removed a lot of them, but will leave the rest alone for now.

I have 2 Meyers lemons that I started from cuttings.  Last year I removed all the small lemons from them.  This year they have many small lemons.  They are nice sized trees for their age.  How many lemons should I allow to grow on them or should I remove them all ?

I rooted Meyer lemon cuttings by putting 4 inch pieces straight into potting soil outside with about an inch sticking out.  It took several months, went through the winter, and in the spring they all started putting out leaves and growing.  They all grew to be good trees.
