Good to hear!  I agree with Simon: patience.  I for one, as an Ivory fan, would love to try it.  The various ripeness stages ala Mun Kun Si could be a cool feature.

Re Asian type (shape) with mono seed: Maha Chanok is another one.

Picked the first fruit off my “Super Ivory” tree and it is huge! Length is 9.5in and weighs ~2.5lbs. Pictured next to 2 Hindi bessenaras for scale. The tree flowered more this year and I have two other smaller mangos on it from later bloom. Not producing much as I think it’s A) still early in maturity and B) was heavily pruned not long ago. Still getting tons of rain this year but I started at the end of last season putting down gypsum so hopefully no jelly seed/internal breakdown, already starting off better that no squirrels have been at my tree!

I have never heard  of super ivory but this mango does look different than thai ivory. Also different then red ivory which is same size as this one.
