Never seen this before , grows on the plastic , not in the soil , inside is a very fine black powder , kinda looks like a nest of some bug maybe ...

Luc for the first two pics, they look like spider nest with eggs. Have you tried to open one of those?

Looks like some form of fungus with the fine black powder being reproductive spores. Maybe a slime mold?

First two pics are out of focus. Third might be a slime mold.  If so, they're harmless, if not beneficial.  Do they move over time?

These things appeared out of nowhere , 2 days ago when I watered the pots they were not there ....Sorry for the ' out of focus ' I was so nervous I dropped the camera , scared to loose these new very rare jaboticabas . The inside of the first 2 pics was like a dry black dust , didn't see any eggs . I didn't wanna touch the last one with my bare hands ...one never knows ... This started with the first rains .

Probably slime mold.  :)  Check and see if they're moving and/or changing shape, that'd be a good clue.  They eat microbes and fungus spores.  They're fascinating "animals".
