Where can I get Phet Pakchong plants?
Or, does anyone have seed of Phet Pakchong, I'll chance on the seeds.
I'm in San Diego. Ong Nursery has a couple or so plants of Phet Pakchong, but they won't sell them or give/sell scion of them, for some reason. They're in pots, but not being cared for very well.

PPC is hard to find here in So Cal nurseries and probably in FL also.
I think there is a better alternative as shown in the photo below. It probably has PPC in its genetics and it does well in So Cal. I don't sell it but I know someone who does. PM if interested.

It looks like Mr. Minh erratic producer and it has an issue with cracking . I would go with Randhir
-
No, Minh atemoya is the ugly version of Lisa. This is a chewy kind of atemoya hybrid.
Randhir is an atemoya, probably a seedling of AP.

I haven't tried this one but I'll bring you Randhir early next. If this is a chewy it's defiantly not Minh.

Btw, anonna you can pre-order PPC next March

I wonder if this is Page atemoya. I heard that Page is chewy and get cracking.
-
Not a Page because it doesn't look or taste like one and it's NOT an atemoya but rather atemoya hybrid. I don't remember the Page I've had to be of chewy or firm flesh, that was way back but didn't strike me as such.

Thanks for clarifying that, Thera.

Hey guys,
Just visited ong nursery today and he is selling this variety along with Lisa, page, geffner, and ap at his nursery. The phet pakchong looks amazing.

If the 2nd photo is that of a tree on sales, I'd buy it right away without even looking at the price!
-
Yes Thera. See the pic below for the full tree.
