Can white sapote seedlings take full sun?

I put mine in partial sun at that point, but now at about 6" they are just getting absolutely obliterated in 100f full sun with no issue. I honestly think they could take full sun even as a seedling... Tough plants.

They can definitely take full sun in San Francisco and similar coastal California climates, as long as they got full sun from the start.  If you're moving them into sun, I'd put something near them to give a few hours of shade around mid-day / early afternoon, for a month or two.

Its san francisco, you can put everything in full sun.

Right now they seem happy in a windowsill but I want to accelerate their growth. I can also put them in partial shade if they prefer that, just curious about whatever would make them grow fastest.

Get them in the ground as soon as possible -- they really don't like being in pots for too long.
