I like the heat and humidity. So easy to break a sweat. No need to goto the gym. Just spend 15 - 20 minutes in the yard and you're good.
Hydration is essential. Body needs salt to retain water, which is one of my main food groups so get plenty.
Mosquitos are pita and difficult to control here. We have a Dynatrap, citronella and other mosquito deterring plants, but still have to use a handheld zapper to take out the stubborn holdouts. Usually, after zapping a few, won't be bothered for a while. Sweet sense of satisfaction hearing that popping noise. If people are coming over for a party or cookout, we usually spray some natural mosquito deterrent around the yard, which lasts for about a day.
