Title: Free Cherimoya Seedlings
Post by: johnb51 on July 10, 2018, 11:32:43 PM
I have extra cherimoya seedlings.  A few months old.  You will have to graft them with atemoya to get fruit here in South Florida.  For local pick-up only.

I have five left.  Doesn't anyone want to graft them with some of the excellent varieties of atemoya from JF in California?  We need to trial those varieties in Florida.

Isn't there a more accepted successful rootstock for Atemoya in Florida than Cherimoya?

From what I understand, cherimoya works very well.  I haven't heard that something else is more accepted.  Also, they've been claimed.

Right on. Very cool of you to share them around for free.
Have a good one.
