Have no idea what they are called, they are the size of an orange, but sort of green skin and very light coloured fruit inside. In East africa I had has some of these, really good... Actually, some of the best fruits I've had, was when I was travelling in Africa, still primitive out there, so less chemicals etc..., maybe that's one reason?

i think they do not get orange colour, because of warm temperatures.

In tropical countries oranges do not turn a bright orange like they do in temperate locations. It is cooler temperatures that removes the green chlorophyll from the peel, thereby revealing the orange coloration that we are used to seeing. Iit is more difficult to tell the maturity of an oranges in tropical climates. - Millet

no, it's definitively a total other type... I've had it in India too, I think they called sweet lime, it's the size of and orange, and tastes sort of like an orange, (not like a lime). It's a shame it's not more common, it's definitely an amazing fruit.
