Oh wow. It should flower by this year and give u fruits.. I have a friend in hacienda heights 3x the size of yours and his flowered.

they bounce back and flower but all it takes is a strong Santa Ana....Bob will mostly fruit it since he's near the coast. I believe Mark Lee has fruited see if he's around.
Gozp - I hope your are right, but I am not expecting too much since it hasn't been in the ground for a year yet. My luck with Annonas has been basically wait and watch with no fruit.
JF - I hope I have a good microclimate for the Rollinia, time will tell. It seems vigorous and may produce flowers if the temperatures hold out. The flower buds are slowly growing, but really small. It looks like the flowers won't be mature until mid/late June, just about the time our humidity drops...lol! My AP really responded well to defoliating as you suggested and is quickly growing a lot of flowers. I will keep you guys updated.
