Anyone growing Dialium indum ?
Someone in the forum is selling seeds for it and I was wondering what people think of it and how hardy it is

Did you give them a try?  I am sowing seeds now, never grown it before.  today planting a few hundred.  some direct, some soaked and some hot water soaked, hoping some will grow nice and big in the future :)

It is a nice fruit, tastes like 'Tamarind', 'Madu' is quite sweet without the sourness. If the seeds are fresh, they sprout in less than a week without any treatment. Quite prone to damping off.
