No US nursery located outside of Arizona, can legally ship into Arizona - None.. You will have to find a source with in Arizona. If you know how to graft, you could possibly locate legal budwood. At least you could ask the CCPP if they are able to send budwood into Arizona.

I've had many fruit/citrus plants and fruit/citrus seeds shipped to Arizona, I Just can't find where to buy Yuzu and some other fruit seeds and fruit plants

Because Arizona is a citrus state, if any one shipped citrus into Arizona from out of state the shipments were illegal.

If not, the shipment can be intercepted and destroyed at the consumer’s expense. There are cases where the vendor will state, “Cannot ship to Arizona.” That means they do not meet Arizona’s requirements.
So that means some nurseries can ship some plants to arizona and some can't

If you go to a higher end supermarket (or a large Japanese market with fresh produce and a very big selection) in a bigger city it's possible they may have Yuzu fruits in stock during a certain time of the year (they are very seasonal). There are plenty of seeds inside these fruits that can be germinated, and Yuzu does a fairly good job growing from seed.
Do not buy Yuzu seeds online unless you know it is fresh (harvested from the fruit at least 2 weeks ago), otherwise they most probably will not germinate.
Much of the state is not very "sophisticated" and probably isn't going to have as much selection (especially unusual ethnic fresh produce) as many coastal states.
If you really want a Yuzu so much your state may have a budwood program and you may have to work with them.

Yuzu would probably grow well in Arizona because it can take a bit of frost in areas other citrus might not grow so well in. It might benefit from some shade cloth though since the leaves of Yuzu do not handle that kind of intense sun as well.

I can't find any yuzu at asian markets near me and I don't want to drive or fly out of state to get them, also does anybody know where I can buy online a Yuzu potted plant and get it shipped to Arizona?

Nosari7Viper, if you order the seeds from Japan, would you please return to this post and let us know if they germinate. Everything depends on how old the seed is and how long it has been removed from the fruit. Japan is a long way away. If their seed is fresh than this could help other members of the forum also.

Tradewindsfruits.com has seeds. I believe they are fairly fresh since I didn't see them in stock until a few weeks ago and they might harvest as people purchase.
I haven't grown citrus seeds from tradewinds before, but despite other experiences I've seen on here, I've had almost 100% germination from seeds I've purchased, and I've gotten a huge amount of recalcitrant seeds as well as longer lasting tropical seeds from them.
Anytime they haven't germinated/got messed up it was from personal error like leaving them outside and them getting too much rain or sun. So I would recommend them before ordering from Japan, and you can get 100 seeds for $12.
I may have missed somewhere saying they don't, but it also looks like they ship to you.

I cut all my Yuzu trees down or I would give you seed. Never cared for them.

As I posted above, I got rid of all my yuzu as I found them useless to me. I have never had a seedless yuzu though.

I have been searching many places online within the US for seedless yuzu but no hope yet. If I found a reliable place to buy I would post it up here so everyone can go get one.

True. I read somewhere that it is not nearly as coldhardy as Yuzu. But the fruit can weigh 500g to 1kg!
