I have  an Excalibur red jackfruit tree that's mature and this year three of the fruit have turned black..
The only difference this year is I stopped watering it..
Could this be some kind of disease like bacterial black
spot that we're getting on mangos?
I also have the seemingly same issue going on with one of my mango trees and  soursop, along with sugar apple

looks like black rot to me, especially if the same thing is happening to all your other fruit

I have that on my Soursop as well. The fruits grow and then fall before they are mature, all black. Is it anthracnose?
