Title: red love apples

Hello, is anyone growing red love apples in low chill climate? if yes what is your experience on flowering and fruiting in areas where other apple varieties do not grow so well

I have one red love era apple,the first red love apple made by Markus Kobelt.
Last winter was verry mild and probably because of that it didnt flowered and made fruit this year altough a year before had made a few apples.
Better ask the inventor about low chill of these apples.
I also have a pear with pink flesh.
