Mabungo - Saba comorensis

Received a bunch of fruits from Zanzibar.  Any recipe on how to make juice?  Thank you.

Tastes like a mixture of banana, grapes and lots of tamarind.

Probably African Ebony, a Diospyros variety?

Sorry for my misreading. After seeing your comment I put on my reading glasses and viewed carefully! Absence of remnants of the sepals and petals attached to the top of the fruit noted. It is NOT a Diospyros. Thanks for correcting me. Triphal

The seeds are smaller than that of the Saba senegalensis which I got last month.  In comparison, these are about half to three quarter of the size of s. senegalensis.
