Thanks for the tour, worth every part of the nickel. Love the jaboticaba trunk with the fruit, flowers and nubs on it. Cauliflorous trees are just so dang cool! I also liked the shots with the fruit orchard in the background plus all the little grafted plants sprinkled in. How often do you change the soil for your trees? Do you dump them completely out or use an auger to drill holes in the soil/roots?

Hey Adam,
Man you really got some great looking stuff.......and they're in containers as well. You've really got this container growing thing down. I too am a container grower. Thanks for sharing the great pics.

Sweet looking collection, Adam. Thanks for taking the time to post and great advices. I'll be trimming my jabos like yours in 10 years.

Loved all the pictures, my favorite is the last one. The last picture really shows your dedication and ingenuity for container growing plants. M. vexator creating a nice micro-climate for sensitive seedlings?

Crumby! Just kidding thanks for sharing! I love how you've got so much in containers!
You've got quite the green thumb

Adam - the Red Jabo tree is the oddest looking beauty you've got!

Great shots Adam! I love the bottoms up camera perspective, very unique. Is your camera right on the ground? What is the length of time between flowers opening and totally ripe fruits?
-
Adam,
Have you given any thought to jabutisnowangels?

Love your "crumby" garden. Someday I hope mine will be as crumby!
Also love the Jabo "time lapse" photos. Very cool!

Jabo time lapse is awesome, very ethereal.

Anikulapo, as I told you before, you are my idol, the Michael Jordan of container plants... ;)

hahaha! too funny! I'm trying to be on his level metaphorically, but see myself as a young Scott Skiles ;D...i like to help others quite a bit...(record for most assists in one game, 30)...I just don't have the charisma and finesse Jordan had! I'm forced to grow in pots, and now I've become obsessed with it...and now I'm also slightly anxious to have a place to plant in ground! sometimes it's just way better!!!!
thanks very much to all who've posted here! I will be posting more pics soon!
like the update of my Jabo "flood to death" experiment. it's been months totally immersed, and is now flushing new growth. pics and info coming soon!
but i may change my profile name to Michael Jabordan?

The pics are absolutely breath taking :o :o :o ;D THANX for sharing!!!!
BTW Is it snowing in C.Florida now???? ;D ;D ;D

Really NICE photos- The Red Jabo is really beautiful. Thanks for sharing . :)

Mr A,
what are the reasons for not putting some of your plants in ground? Cold snaps?
-
Felipe,
my plants are contained and I am insane, but the reason i do so is quite germane. Exotic and tropical plants in pots, have better chances and shots, when local soil type and ph is how it should be not.
my hesitance to plant in ground is only increased, by the simple fact I've been foreclosed, and am now forced to lease.
