I've heard the Brahm Kai Meu can be good green but have not personally tried it green.  The ripened ones however were very good tasting imo with complex flavors.  This may sound a little weird but it had an almost carrotty vegetable taste.  Very impressed with how thin the seed was.

Mahachanok is excellent for eating green.

On the non-SE Asian side, I have eaten Providence mango green and it was pretty good.

Very good to know. If you want to eat it ripe can you pick green to table ripen or is it better tree ripen?

I've never tried maha green. Will try that this season. I'v tried Ivory green and it tasted like crunchy green sweet apple but dry.

For eating ripe, its better to let the fruit get some color before harvesting.  Play with the different stages to see how much color is best for you as I find there can be a difference in taate.  Also, the later season Mahachanok seem to have better flavor.
