Your grapefruit tree may have a little fungus, but I believe the main problem with the tree is that it is greatly under fertilized.  A tree that size should be fertilized 3 times a year.  Many growers in your area use either a 6-6-6 or a 8-8-8 formula fertilizer, or some formulation close to those ratios.

Yes, it is surely white fly.   You can spray with horticultural oil which will kill all the insects eggs. Then keep a careful watch and  reapply if and when necessary.

Xie Shan is excellent.   Valentine Pumelo is very sweet with no acid.

It is the wind against a tree shaking the tree back and forth that generates resistance that provides stem strength to the tree.   

If left on the tree too long they get quite puffy and loose some of their fresh taste.

When you remove your new citrus tree from the citrapot you will be amazed how large the tree's root system will be.  VERRY CAREFULLY spread out the root system somewhat to approximately  match the container you are going to replant into.  DO NOT BE IN A HURRY.  BE CAREFFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE ROOT SYSTEM. DO NOT LET THE ROOTS DRYOUT WHILE YOU ARE TRAMSPLANTING THE TREE.   Using a water spray from a hose helps greatly.

Well after reading Dr. Manners thoughts, I maintain my concern if the tree actually "came" from the leaf.  My remaining consideration is,  as Dr. Manners wrote, the tree most likely developed from an axillary bud that came along with the leaf when it was torn from the mother tree, and not from the leaf itself.  Whatever occurred, it is quite an amazing situation.  One in a million or even higher situation.  From time to time it would be great if you would keep this forum up to dated on how this tree does in the future. CONGRATULATIONS!

Well, I for one do not believe it is possible to produce a tree from a citrus leaf.   I'll stick with Dr. Manners  on the subject.

You will have to wait until it warms up before you can actually see the full result of the cold temperature damage.

There is also bark chips that many container growers use called Repti Bark.  I have used it also and it works great.  It can be purchased from Amazon and Pet Supply Stores.

Pomelos do not come true from seed. Does not mean the fruit may be better or worse, but it means the fruit will be different.
