BonsaiBeast I like how you think. Seems like finding myrica/morella rubra/yangmei is like finding the holy grail...Put me on the list for seeds, scions, trees, and fruit! as well please, and thank you.

Trade Winds had some seeds last year. I bought some, but their warning that the seeds were hard to germinate proved true. I had no success.

You could try this: https://sheffields.com/seeds/Myrica/rubra as discussed in this thread: http://tropicalfruitforum.com/index.php?topic=28289.0

I remember some nursery in Oregon was selling plants (on their website), but I'm not finding it now.

Thanks Nate (great name) and W, but I should have taken seeds off my list...I’ve tried germinating over 50 seeds (got the trade winds ones last year too and nada) out of those, I had one sprout, and then die as soon as I moved it to a fully shaded, protected area outside in the summer with temps never dropping below 60. Trying to get these things to germinate is like trying to get my 3 year old to eat vegetables...I think scions are the way to go but they seem impossible to find. Bonsaibeast, sorry for hijacking.
