Any Garcinia that does well in pots?

Lemon drop for sure.  I have seen a fruiting, grafted mangosteen in a 15gal pot.  So, many things are possible.

I think it will work for a while but they can get pretty big even the lemon drop mangosteen I seen 15 ft tall and about 7 ft wide . But least they're pretty slow growing on some of the varieties

As mentioned above, lemon drop is the way to go for zone pushers. Cold hardy and slow growing. You could try other garcinias, but first I would stick with lemon drop as you can't go wrong with it.

Garcinia gracilis or garcinia albuquerque would be good as they are both dwarfs
