USF Botanical Garden Spring Plant Festival

USF Botanical Garden Spring Plant Festival
April 14 and 15, 2012
It's time for the USF Botanical Garden Spring Plant Festival.
Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15: The gates will open to the public starting at 10:00 AM on both
days. The Festival will close at 4:00 PM on Saturday and 3:00 PM on Sunday.

USF Botanical Garden website: http://gardens.usf.edu/
Directions: The Garden is located near the southwest corner of
the USF Tampa campus, at the intersection of Pine and Alumni
Drive. From Fowler Ave. turn north on Bruce B. Downs Blvd.
Go north one block to Pine and turn right. Look for ‘Parking’
signs.

Excuse my ignorance, but why is this place called university of south Florida? Isn't Tampa in north Florida?

No, Tampa is in "Central Florida" on the West Coast.  Now, you ask why its called "USF", does Floriduh come to min  ;) ;D :o 8)

I went to the sale at USF today. it was very fun.  I got some dwarf acai seedlings for 5 dollars and a few other goodies.  all the best plants got snatched up quick!

and I got a bunch of white sapote fruits as well!
