Dragon Fruit Help! What’s happening?

Is this a fungus or bacteria? How do I treat it? It wasn’t like this last week so it’s going downhill fast

Looks like disease of DF, not much is known about diseases on them that I'm aware of. Looks like Virus X. Best to restart with sterile cuttings and probably best to remove the trellis and current DF before restarting. Good luck

This reminds me... I saw a weird disease pattern on my dragonfruit also. I was going to post about it but never got around to it. A few weeks after I took this photo it had scarred over and went away on its own, and the plant is still doing fine. Mine was grown from seed and there are no other dragonfruit plants in the area that could have spread it directly.
