HAHAHAHA I like the PSM 'shrub' to cover the A/C :-)
The PSM is an incredibly beautiful mango tree. It has a fantastic, symmetrically rounded canopy and dark green leaves. Under normal growing conditions, Noel's tree would be much bigger. But, he prunes it to keep it small.
As for flavor, I really like the mangoes from Noel's PSM tree. My wife puts it in her top 5, with Lemon Zest and Okrung being her two favorites.
The PSM is a mango that really appeals to foreigners (eg, hispanics and islanders). Unlike the American palate, which craves sweet and tart, the foreigner much prefers a fruit that has much less of a tart component. Being that my wife is from Central America, I've grown to appreciate that end of the fruit spectrum.
