Pitangatuba not setting fruits

I bought two seedlings three years ago. Last year they bloomed like crazy and not a single fruit. This year they're still blooming and nothing. Are these plants a scam or they need hand pollination?

I have 10 bushes and they are non stop.
Every morning I see bees all over the flowers and you definitely don't
need to hand pollinate.
How big are they ?
I would think they will start setting soon? I had several different Eugenia
flower for the first time this year and no fruit. It's coming.
