« on: May 07, 2019, 10:05:22 AM »
Question for forum I’ve emailed flying fox fruits twice now and no response? Is there an alternate method besides email?

Thanks

Same here, I've tried on 2 separate occasions (3 months apart) and till this day no response. I've moved on.... I'll take my business elsewhere.

Best way is to keep an eye on his eBay listings and when you find what you want bid on it :

Facebook or email works. It's best to not take it personally, getting in touch with adam can be a pain in the butt at times. If you eventually get him, he's helpful, but definitely can be hard to track down. Ebay auctions are also an option.

He's probably just selective about who he sells to

Are you looking to buy plants from him? If so What are you looking for? There are a few other growers who overlap with him, so if you're looking for something specific it's probably easier to ask about that plant.

He runs his nursery by himself so I think this time of year he's swamped with maintaining the nursery, and other stuff might take a backseat.

thanks for the inquiries everyone,

I just can't keep up with email...

so now selling mostly to public via ebay, and facebook!!

eventually I will get back on track with answering emails, but for now, I'm totally frickin swamped.

the rarest best plants i have all get auctioned, because they are so rare, i can't set a price for them...

i wish i had my own auction page with as many followers as ebay, but for now i'm stuck in their matrix...the money i've been getting at auction is much higher than I could sell locally, or if I listed them for sale...

thanks again for being patient with me, this is rare fruit after all, some of these varieties would never even exist if I hadn't started growing and selecting rare fruits a over a decade ago.
