Is it true that if you refrigerate your ripe sapodillas, the seeds won't germinate?  Is this true of mangos and avocados, too?

I've had ripe Alanos in the fridge for 2 weeks and the seeds germinated just fine.
The Earth laughs in flowers. And bear gifts through fruits.
No where to plant it ...but at least I got it. ;)

I never refrigerate the sapodillas so can't tell you.
