Just out of curiosity, anyone know when these should begin flowering when grown from seed?  Thanks

Here they are usually pretty fast: 3-4 years from seed to fruiting.

Do any of you guys grow different varieties of Wax apple/jambu? I'm looking at getting the all white jambu but haven't found much about it online other than it is "drier" then the Black Pearl variety. Should I get it, go for the pink one, or stick with another Black Pearl?

Xeno, you should take a drive down to San Diego and visit Ong's nursery.  I believe he has every color/shape/size of wax jambu available.  Not to mention he has tons of other beautiful trees.
