This is my Eugenia ranking, keep in mind I only have sprouted E. uniflora for now until october.
1 Ubajay: a good variety, complex super sweet pulp taste, skin is very acid/tart
2 Eugenia uniflora, red or black, good varieties are amazing, sweet, strong
3 Uvaia, a sweet variety is wonderful, perfect smell and taste
4 Eugenia cisplatensis: good cherry/plum like taste
5 Eugenia involucrata: good taste, black or red
6 Eugenia repanda: good red fruit taste
7 Cedar bay cherry: not bad, I like it
8 acid Ubajay: good for icecreams and mermelades (amazing), not for eating raw
9 acid uvaia: good for icecreams and mermelades, bad for eating raw
