The oddity of the stem and longer fruit might have more to do with sex
than with variety.
Papaya sex is a strange thing.
i have a plant that was from store bought fruit seed
(Caribbean Red, which i think is a Maradol hybrid)
and it has fruit at the end of a 3 inch "stem" (forgot the biological name for that)

That said, a lot of the Thai varieties are "torpedo" shaped.
Kak-Dam is one.

Is it Carica papaya? or other Papayas (like Carica Pubescens) ?

They all just papayas but the elongated fruiting plants are bisex and do have longer fruit stalks.Talking about plants having sex is a bit like calling bees pimps.
