Peach Tree Disease

Hi All,
I'm growing a dwarf Reliance peach tree in Evanston, IL. The first few seasons the tree did well. Last season it developed Leaf Curl on about 1/8th of the tree, which I treated with Bonide® Copper fungicide spray in the Fall and this Spring. This season the tree flowered and now most of the leafs are curled. I also noticed some trunk damage / disease and could use some help identifying and suggestions for treatment. The spot is about halfway up the trunk and affects about 1/4" of the diameter. Pictures below.
Thank you in advance, Tim

Not too much to do about PLC. It goes away if the leaves can leaf out in a dry period, then the tree drops the misshapen leaves.
If it's rarely dry during the time when leaves form, you will get a lot of PLC.
