Tom, I very happy to give it to you, your a wonderful person and great member of this forum. I'll send it to you in the mail tomorrow. I remember the great gift you gave me at the Alabama Citrus Expo a couple years back.

Still have some?

Garcinia, sorry that was the only seed I have found so far. However, as I eat the fruit from my tree if I find another I'll send you a private message.

Ah I see they're hard to find in the fruit. Thanks.

How does it taste? Can you show us a picture of the tree and fruit? Mine fruited for the first time last summer but dropped. It has about 2-3 very small buds now.

Last year the Dekopon set 2 fruit, this year the tree set 14 fruit, most were rather large sized fruit. The fruit were sweet, however, the acid context was higher then I expected. All in all they tasted quite good, my wife loved them. The Japanese pick their Dekopon, then store them wrapped in cellophane at a constant temperature for 60 days. This is done to lower the acid content of the fruit, thus making them taste even sweeter. Sorry, presently I am not able to post a picture. My Dekopon tree is planted in the ground, stands 3.5-ft. tall and the same wide. It has just stated it first growth flush of 2017 .

Odd, as Sumo season is over in California.
