I haven't been able to taste Cushman since our tree blew down in the hurricanes a few years ago.

But I think you will be very pleased that you bought a tree.

I finally had the opportunity to sample many varieties I was curious about. some were very delicious.

Here are some "new ones" that I really enjoyed,  each one has a unique flavor characteristic.

In no particular order.
St Maui
Carrie
Maha Chanok
Hatcher

You really enjoyed the Hatcher mango? tastes exactly the same as a Haden to me...

Peach cobbler. Great. Thanks, Dan. Up until you posted this, my yard was at maximum planting capacity. I just found two new spots for a peach cobbler and a ugly batty.

Sleepdoc,  with a few simple keystrokes you have saved my young Maha from being displaced by my new Peach Cobbler (aka O-2).

I guess Valencia Pride will have to bite the dust.

Peach Cobbler? Are they selling those?

While I was fruit shopping at Excalibur today Rob was kind enough to tell me they had just gotten some of these, as well as some Ugly Bettys.

(Harry, please don't be too hard on us. These days addiction is considered a disease.)
I tried Ugly Betty a couple of years ago before it officially got its name and I thought it was a really good tasting mango, juicy, fiberless and the coloring was pretty. But I am out of room!

Happy to help, Jeff.   ;)    In our defense, several forum members did help you make space,  by removing some of those dang potted  trees from your yard.

I didn't grow it, but I had a Royal Purple for breakfast this morning that was outstanding.  Better than the Valencia Pride and the Edward I also ate for breakfast. :)

Peach Cobbler? Are they selling those?

And while your there, ask for the Huckleberry Pie mango.  If they don't have it, tell them they need to get it asap.

Oh and the Blueberry Pie Mango too...
