Sapodilla grows well for us here but it is a slow grower. We just recently planted a tree at the orchard so it will be many years before we get a good harvest. I used to not like the taste of Sapodillas but now I’m a huge fan of them. Simon

SimonSimonYou are going to be surprise how quick they grow after the first year. Production should start for you after the second the only problem in SoCal is to find cultivars to extend the season year round.
